Assalamu'alaikum teman - teman jadi kali ini kita akan belajar tentang definisi descriptive text, struktur descriptive text dan juga ada beberapa contoh tentang descriptive text.

Understanding Descriptive Text. 

             Apasih definisi dari descriptive text itu? oke jadi di bawah ini saya akan menerangkan tentang definisi descriptive text 

1.      Definition  

Descriptive text contains a description of a certain object, place, or event so that the reader can feel, see, smell, and hear it.

Jadi di bawah ini saya menjelaskan tentang beberapa struktur descriptive text 

2.      The generic structure of descriptive text is

-    Identification : Identification contains an introduction or explanation of the main character to be described.

-    Section description : The description section contains a clear and specific explanation of the characteristics, traits, habits or other matters relating to the object to be described. 

         -  Conclusions/ impressions 

3.      Expressions/ Sentences

The sentenced used in descriptive text are

Detailed sentences or sentences that aim to detail or explain on object to make it more concrete and clarify sensory impressions for readers

Kuta Beach Kuta is the exciting tourist area in the southern part of Bali. Most tourist visit Bali because of its exotic and beautiful beaches. Kuta is located in southwestern Bali, not too far from the Ngurah Rai airport. Kuta is one of the world’s most famous beaches. It first attracted Western surfers with its world renowned surf break followed closely behind by sun worshipers and party goers attracted to its wide stretches of white sandy beach. Kuta is the center of night life activities and is a shopping mecca, with its lines of shops, boutiques, and galleries. Restaurants line up the streets as well as the beachfront hotels, ranging from a small, inexpensive homestay to a luxurious resort.   (Source: English package book) Expression used in description text    Yogyakarta  Yogyakarta is an area famous for the culture and hospitality of the traditional people of Central Java. Many historical tourist attractions there such as Prambanan Temple, Yogyakarta Palace and others. In Yogyakarta still use the system of government of the Sultanate led by a Sultan. Elephants have a very large size and are included in the largest land animal group. Usually Elephants live in groups to find food and protect each other from predators. However, most of the young males do not live in herds and separate from the senior females. Elephants are intelligent animals so they can be trained and put on a show. 4.      This Is My Description

CLASSROOM X DPIB 1 Class X DPIB 1 is in the north corner of the school. In front of the class there is a staircase for access to the 2nd floor. Under the stairs there is also a bathroom for student.  There are several facilities in the X DPIB 1 class room, namely, 1 blackboard, 6 lamps, 3 fans, and also desks and chairs for a number of students in class X DPIB 1. The X DPIB 1 classroom has yellow paint. On the classroom walls there are several poster, namely there posters with pictures of the president, vice president, and Pancasila posters. As well as picket schedule posters and class structure posters. The number of students in class X DPIB 1 there are 36 students. Including 14 male students and also 22 female students. 5.      Books for Lessons Productive: ·         Java language Java language subject matter has one textbook, the book is yellow and white, the book is thin, the cover of the book is very interesting ·         Science subjects The is one package for science subjects, the color of the book is blue and white, the book has a thick cover, there is someone measuring land. General Lessons: ·         Indonesian subjects Indonesian language textbooks are blue, the book is not thick and contents in the book complete with  the material for Indonesian language. ·         English subjects English subjects have two books for the first purple book, the book is thin, the book cover is a teacher who is teaching.
